Staff is monitored and evaluated for their performance by the productivity monitoring process on daily basis and same will be reviewed in the senior manager’s weekly review meeting, and the overall performance achievement will be reviewed on yearly basis through appraisal system. The best performer is recognized on a monthly basis through monthly rewards and recognitions program. JIC uses this review forum to communicate the future opportunities for individuals related to their career growth, this has also enabled JIC management to plan for its future succession and leadership planning for all key management positions.
